This company was doing repairs on the neighbors house after they moved out. The guy actually had the nerve to park his company truck in MY DRIVEWAY! B. P.D. said if he comes back and does it again to have it towed at owners expense. You better believe I will!
The service tech refused to wear a mask before he entered my home. He argued that he didn't have to because his temperature was checked at the office. Needless to say I didn't allow him into my home. I called the office and they said I still owed the service charge even though he didn't do any work. This is a very unprofessional company that takes advantage of senior citizens.
We recently used Baytown Electric to replace/repair our broken underground wire. While it took awhile to finish the project due in part to having to wait for the Electricity provider and the many, many downpours, the job was completed and we are very pleased with the work. The price was reasonable compared to other bids we received and Jeff explained every step and kept us advised of their progress.
There are better electric contractors in Baytown. Avoid this company.
I was quoted a service call price on the phone but when they came to my home he said it was going to be $50.00 more. I called the office and they denied the first quote price and then hung up on me saying I was being clueless on how service calls work.
