I've tried 9round, camp gladiator, and several different gyms but never felt more comfortable, welcomed and challenged than I do at crossfit seguin. The trainers are amazing. They pay attention to my movements and substitute exercises to help increase my mobility. The environment is like a family. I feel myself getting stronger and my mobility increasing week to week. Honestly this place is the best place to start lifestyle changing. Whether you want to join for the competitions or just to be part of a group that supports you and your goals. You wont find a better group of people and trainers.

First time there fiancee made me go, thought it was gonna be very intimidating, but it wasn't at all. Trainers Jesus and Diane are the best, they have several classes and times to choose from and lots of great equipment. If your determined about getting into shape this is the best place around.

Was visiting family and typically go to a box in Houston. Showed for a Saturday 9AMclass, which the website says is a regular class, and the gym was closed. Maybe consider updating your website to say if you'll be closed on a day you regularly host classes.
