This is my first time visiting here.nAnd one thing's for certain: it won't be my last!nThe games were a lot of fun to play.nI have yet to get one of the packages, but I definitely will.nThe best thing, though? The food at the Bistro!nCame out hot and cooked to perfection.nMajor points and compliments to the chef and staff for making me and my family feel so welcome.nI'll definitely come back very soon.
My visit was excellent compared to my first visit. Mark the manager at the bar was guarantee a great manager we had an issue from our last visit and addressed it to him this visit he was very polite and straight forward with a response I greatly appreciate his customer service and I would definitely be coming back. I also want to recognize the young black man that works the skate section he is very polite and has great customer service my next visit I will get his name. I feel This hub was the BEST idea for A Baytown Entertainment center. Honestly much better than the old castle fun center if your old enough to know where I’m talking about. COME HERE!!! Throw your party’s and events here I love this place !!!
Today 03/27/2021 the wife and I took the kids out to see the new arcade Baytown had to offer. Place is pretty clean, bar has somewhat good selection and prices are good. Different types of attraction to enjoy and arcade games for older kids/adults to the younger crowd on the opposite side. And here’s why the 2 star rating. Food is way over priced, but I couldn’t tell you if it was good or not. We ordered a burger and two sliders. No line when we ordered so you figure the wait time wouldn’t be so bad right? Wrong. We sat at the table and watched 15 other people that ordered after us get their food first. I get it. Depending on what your order is it might be quicker to get, but then we started watching people get their burgers. 45 minutes of waiting and we still didn’t get our. Not to mention the brunette at the concession had a horrible attitude. Finally got the refund and we left. Might as well make the drive and hit Dave and Busters.
We did an adult college night party for our team and we had a blast. The prices where good for everything you get and the food was great. Our only issue is that it was real busy so it took the food a while to come out but once it did it was worth the wait. Real good. Will be booking again next year the the team.
Great service. Staff is amazing and friendly. Hours are awesome. The kids get to play and the adults get to play too. Food is great. Ask for Chef Virgo and Joseph at the food station. Chris is awesome. Looking for fun and a great time it is well worth coming here.
