Use to be Nice, peaceful and beautiful. Really enjoy it here. There are full time residents that complain all the time.
Nice view, nice park. The have internet but only if your in range and they have cable supposedly but no cable boxes so it’s useless. The wash room is nice but only a few machines work.nHas a nice hall but is closed and so basically no events to speak of. Boat ramp is broken but you can raft or kayak. You pay online so get ready for that extra 20.00 for service charge. Security is good so you feel safe .
We lived here just shy of a year, and lived it! We met so many friendly people, and got RV advice from other residents. The manager and his wife are very kind and helpful. The section of the Guadalupe river where this park is located is very beautiful and fairly quiet. I would definitely recommend this park to anyone looking to stay in the Seguin area!
