I am so thankful we finally have a lice treatment clinic in the area! I was so happy to hear, and the convenience location, and the availability hours of this business. Booked appointment and treated same day! For the entire family. The setting of clinic is very kid friendly, with movies, books and toys. Staff were AMAZING, friendly, very welcoming! We were very comfortable as soon as we stepped into the building, we felt like home! Thank you so much for being there for us!

There was a little mixup on scheduling but the ladies were so nice and the facilities were so clean that I’m giving them a five star because they’re just wonderful

Lice Spies is absolutely fabulous! I am a fellow lice removal expert from NY. I was just visiting from out of town and wanted to see a fellow colleague’s site. Although Cathy was super busy, she took the time to see me and show me around her place. Her place is fantastic, clean and friendly. Cathy is extremely professional and smart. I read the reviews and they are stellar. It seems like the one one-star review below is totally unfounded. I can totally understand Lice Spies’ position after a no show!! It is a total inconvenience and financial loss for us when someone doesn’t show. I’m sorry this review exists but I applaud Cathy’s professionalism and her sticking by her policy. You are awesome and I highly recommend your services to anyone in need of a lice saver!

Beyond terrible.nWhile the employees that work here, Jessica, Linda, and others are wonderful, the owner Cathy is inconsiderate. This place is expensive, so it's critical they keep the commitment they make when they sell the service. I got full treatment done for my daughter but for the follow up appointment, I had to reschedule as I got stuck at work unexpectedly. I called over 3 hours ahead of my appointment and explained that I don't know how late I would need to stay at work, and requested to reschedule to next day. Cathy refused to accommodate and kept reiterating the policy of 12 hour notice. At the time of first service, she clearly had mentioned that in case of emergency, they can accommodate a shorter notice. Furthermore, the full service is supposed to include free re-checks until you are fully cleared of lice. Because we couldn't make this appointment, LiceSpies will no longer honor the free rechecks that was part of the package and we will need to pay for recheck. While I respect adhering to policies, nickle and dimming customers is quite unethical.nI usually don't write reviews, especially negative ones, but this experience really pushed for one.nDissatisfied and disappointed.

I came in on February 13th the staff was Soo professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I am so very happy to spend my money with them. They made my daughter and I feel better about the whole situation. They are honestly the ONE an ONLY lice salon I suggest with the up most confidence.
