I'm so happy with how my wedding hair and makeup turned out! Hannah was great at listening to what I wanted, making adjustments based on the HMU trial, and perfecting the look on the big day!

For my wedding, I had my hair styled by Latecia, and makeup by Ksenia and could not have been happier with how everything turned out! I was aiming for a more natural style as I don't typically wear heavy makeup on a day-to-day basis. Ksenia did an incredible job of dialing up my typical look to be a bit more adventurous. She turned my vision into a reality! The makeup lasted all day and I felt incredibly comfortable & natural throughout. My sister and mother also had their makeup done by Ksenia, and she was great with their bolder, more dramatic looks as well.nnLatecia did hair and she was everything!! She was willing to take the time to do and re-do my curls until they were perfect. She knew how to translate my pinterest goals into a look that worked for me. My sister (who has a mullet to begin with!) had an elaborate & beautifully messy up-do that matched her extravagant velvet gown & personality ;) perfectly!nnI couldn't be happier with Urbanista. Working with Hannah, the head stylist/owner was a breeze! All communications and logistics went smoothly. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Hannah, the owner was very pleasant from the beginning to the end of the entire process. My trial went well, and when I was not satisfied by my hair during my trial, as the artist who did my hair during the trial was not really a hair stylist, Hannah set up a second hair trial for me, without charge. I loved my hair and makeup artists for my wedding day and was pleased with the outcome. The one thing I did think was a bit unprofessional was that a day before my wedding, Hannah sent me my final invoice to go over all the services for my bridal party and myself to confirm everything look good along with pricing. I sent her an email back confirming everything looked good. The night before my wedding Hannah emailed me again with a new invoice and when I reviewed it she added on $50.00 to my bridal makeup than was on there before, and in small print, she wrote it was due to my makeup being 'glam' makeup and not just regular bridal makeup. I completely disagree with this, and even if this was the case, Hannah never made me aware of this at the beginning. She informed me of the prices and had many months before my wedding to tell me that for some reason my makeup was considered 'glam'(I had smokey eye with a bold lip). I feel it was very unprofessional to inform me of the added charge the night before my wedding. When I emailed her back asking her to honor her original price, she ignored my email and never replied. The day of my artist did charge me the additional $50.00 and as it was my wedding day I did not want to argue over it at all. I work in an industry where I deal with vendors on a daily basis. Once the original invoice or contract has been reviewed and signed, it is unprofessional to add on an extra charge to something that was not signed off on.

I LOVE Hannah of Urbanista Weddings! I have worked with her for several years, she is an excellent Makeup Artist! She and her beauty team are wonderful, they are efficient and can do anything. She is very professional and only hires talented professional women like herself to do weddings with her. She and her team do absolutely beautiful work! I recommend Urbanista Weddings highly for any bride who is looking to have her or her bridal party's makeup and hair professionally done.

Urbanista weddings is an outstanding team of stylists and I recommend them to anyone needing makeup or hair. I have had nothing but a great experience working with them. Their spray tan specialist, Angie gives me a perfect golden -not orange at all. And Hannah made me look gorgeous, and not overdone. Thank you!
