Hannah B was awesome to work with. She found what we wanted and made it happen. No pressure sales! Ashley did our walk through with us and eased any concerns we had about the new camper. Great deals and pricing , we drove all the way from North Dakota to get the best pricing and trade in value . Ask for Hannah!

From the time we had an issue with the microwave in our RV until it was replace, the staff at McClain's in Sanger provided us with excellent customer service. Jonathan took my initial phone call and researched the issue we had. He let me know the microwave would be replaced and scheduled an appointment for us. When we arrived, Ashley made sure the repair was handled quickly and professionally. I wish I would have asked for the technician's name because he did great work, answered my questions and repaired a small problem on the roof of our RV. Beautiful new facility staffed with qualified and competent staff. Thank you for your hard work and excellent customer service.

Calling Hunter our salesman wouldn’t really reflect the full experience we had. He helped educate, reassure, and guide us through the process. Being first timers, we had a lot of questions. Hunter helped us every single step of the way with patience and expert product and industry knowledge. I wish I got this kind of personalized service everywhere! The whole experience at McClain’s was positive. Special thanks to Mr. Rick for getting my new truck all outfitted with the gear to safely and effectively tow the new camper. I would not buy an RV from anyone without consulting these folks first! We drove an hour from our home, past countless other dealers, to do business with Hunter! Thanks again!

We had a great experience with McClain’s buying our first RV! Everyone was so friendly and helpful.nThey were very thorough going over everything we needed to know. We stayed in their Rv park that night which gave us some time to try things out before we went back home to Houston. They have checked on us a few time since to see how we are doing!
