Love this place. People are so friendly and very knowledgeable. There is no judgement, they met you where you are at and guide you on how to get where you want to be.
Good facility loads going on including a wide range of fitness classes staff always helpful and friendly.
Staff are very helpful. Membership fees are definitely more reasonable compared to other gym!!
Personally I love the people I workout with. Have the group makes the workouts so much better. It helps you push yourself more. Randy does a great job leading the workouts.
The staff is amazing! Equipment is in great condition! The instructors are hardworking
