Jon is a great guy! He’s the guy you want to train with! His knowledge about boxing astounds me. If you really want to know how to protect yourself, I couldn’t recommend a better place or a better guy. Stop your search and go train with him!
My son enjoyed taking one on one boxing lessons here. The atmosphere is nice and the trainer was good with my child and on time. He kept him busy during his full session. I would definitely recommend!

I had my first boxing session with JC and it was nothing but good energy. I was pushed to my limit and had a great time doing so. I’d recommend for anyone looking to learn a new skill, bond with a friend, or try something new. Great workout!
