DO NOT USE. Horrible company that doesn't follow up on a warranty issue and then get to charges for labor while my tenant has been out of AC for 5 days and counting. First, my unit is under warranty as this was a full change out installed by IME Services less than two years ago. Charged $600 for labor/freon costs to fix warranty product. Second, never followed up with me as the owner as to when they expect part to come in and left the tenant without AC for 5 days and counting now. Too late for me, hope this helps someone else. There are other 24/7 AC companies available. Also, I had to pay upfront for a service that has yet to be completed. Use another company.

Kyle Cooper our sales representative, gave us top notch professional care. Install performed by Juan and his team went very smoothly and on time! Kyle was very knowledgeable on his products and did not, try to up sell us on anything we didn’t need. On our final walk through, Kyle actually helped us with adjusting the fan speeding the new unit, which toned down the a/c sound itself. Very pleased with unit. Works great!! Honest, friendly and very professional service! Will highly recommend to anyone in need!

Replaced my outdoor unit and indoor coil last year. I have been very pleased.nBut when I called them again for service... Ptttt...they were gone

Definitely like to thank Kyle Cooper (sales rep) for being attentive and giving us the best possible price for our new A/C installation. I checked out 5 other companies but IME gave me the best price with a good system. The installation went by smooth, and had cool air within that same day. This installation took place about 6 months ago, and everything is still running good!

Very professional and easy to work with company. We had a large residential project involving up-sizing two HVAC units, removing gas furnaces in favor of heat pumps and relocating the HVAC within the attic. Prices are exceptionally reasonable. All electrical and HVAC work was completed in two days. The house and workspace was left clean and tidy each day and at the end of the job. Very impressed with how well they completed the work. All crews we're very respectful of our space.
