My husband loves pizza hut and his pizza came out great, pan pizza with sausage, onion, and bell pepper. My pizza was a thin crust Hawaiian. The crust was 90% raw and there was hair on a slice I ate after grudgingly eating my raw crust. I don't mind touching people's hair but I do have a problem eating it and I shouldn't have to specify that I want my food fully cooked, it should be the opposite.

Going to be completely honest: I’ve been to this location MANY times and have never had a bad experience until now.nJerri (assuming that is how you spell her name) isn’t the nicest person to work at this place. To start off, she was really loud about asking us what we wanted to drink. I simply stated I wanted pepsi, and she began telling me what all they have in pepsi products.... then kind of huffed and puffed about needing an answer right then and there.nShe then comes back to my table and asks bluntly “What’s to eat” as if we were inconveniencing her or wasting her time. I found this extremely rude and unprofessional. My guy and I were debating on just paying for our drinks & leaving because we’ve NEVER dealt with this before. The two redeeming qualities of this location were the good food, and the sweet delivery driver that came to our table and offered us refills. He was super polite, SUPER friendly, and professional. He’s young, skinny, and tall (Describing him because I do not know his name) I truly believe this employee needs a raise for his professionalism, and Jerri needs to be talked to about her rude behavior. Regardless we will be returning but if Jerri does not change her attitude about serving her customers, we will not be returning.

The pizza was the worst my family has ever had. That is the honest truth. We have had better frozen pizza from the store. The bread was white and dry. The beef was burnt. We couldn't eat it. The bread sticks with cheese were so dry it's like they were made days before. Plus they don't even cover all the bread with cheese. The marinara sauce was cold. We will never be going back to this location. Thank goodness the opened a dominos. Eat at this location at your own risk. While I was picking up my order another customer was returning their order. I really hope they can fix their issues. We used to love pizza hut. I hate to say it but everyone out pizzas the hut at this location.

I really dont complain about food much. I used to eat cold military MREs with dirt on them. But I just had the worst restaurant experience ever in my life. Im not going to mention any names, Cuero Pizza Hut, but the waitress didnt know which drinks they had, tea was horrible. They got our table confused with the one other table occupied in the entire restaurant and took him our pizza. Then brought it to us. It was not cut. It didn’t have the right crust flavor. The dude brought the chicken wings and pretty much threw it in front of me. Then they started to walk off as I was staring at them. He asked if we needed plates. No kidding? I asked for ranch and also forks for the table also and he brought one ranch packet and some sporks. They didn’t bring the parmesan cheese. Then a few minutes later dude yelled at us from the counter all the way across the room to check on the table. Absolutely ridiculous. They must be wanting $15 an hour so bad because of the lack of tips they earn. Geez.
