Electricity went out a little over an hour ago. We are in the middle of the winter storm. Was immediately notified by text that GVEC was working on the issue and it should be resolved in an hour and a half. It was restored a little earlier than scheduled and I reall want to thank the crew that went out in this weather to get electricity going. They are awesome !!

Great job of notifying me about electricity outages and when power is restored. Although I do not live where this meter is located, it is good to know since it provides water to my cows.

Haven’t had power for about 12 hours. Customer service doesn’t help. Nothing is getting done. I know this weather is extreme for Texas but there is NO excuse for not having heat to your paying customers.

Fantastic as always. The electricians were personable and great to work with. The problem “diagnosis” was explained in detail and a few different repair/upgrade options were offered allowing us the opportunity to choose the best fit for our family. Once again we are completely satisfied with GVEC Services and highly recommend.
