It seems like the reviews are surprisingly good for the service I've constantly received here. Several times I've gotten the complete wrong order, mostly it's just the drink I ordered but missing key parts or being the wrong size. Today I Ubereats from here for my household. My brother ordered the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew Venti. He got something that definitely was not apart of our order and was a totally different drink, first off it was a tall, second off it was something caramel, and lastly it didn't even have a sticker on it from our order or any order. One bag was definitely from our order, it has my name and the whole receipt on it. But I think I got another person's bag that happened to not have a receipt on it.
My favorite Starbucks. Great service.nLove the employees.
