Terrible service.nnI ordered my food over the phone and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I intentionally waited 25-30 minutes to get to the store to get the food because they have a history of not having the food ready when you get there and so you have to wait.nnI get there, the Hispanic older lady ringing people up was being rude to a guy as I walk in. It takes the lady a while to acknowledge me to see if I need to place an order or pick it up.nnThen when I get to the counter, give them my name on the order, and then I ask to see the food before I purchase it.nnI always ask to see my pizza anywhere I go to make sure it’s what I ordered, and it’s not over cooked.nnApparently she doesn’t see my order in the system because she is asking me what I ordered.nnAs I’m telling her what I ordered she is ringing it up. So I ask again can I see the food and asked if the order is ready.nnShe says “no, we don’t make the pizza until you pay for it. So pay now, and we will make it now”.nnThen she proceeds to call the next customer to take their order before finishing with my transaction.nnAt that point I decided to leave because it’s not worth an altercation with the ignorant lady. I won’t be spending any other money at this location.

Good service. I usually use the pizza portal and my food is always hot. I don't get burnt pizza either!

They were not busy and didn't have any hot and ready we had to wait 25 minutes, but the pizza was good

Not so busy Wednesday evening. Had to wait for hot-n-ready, but I needed it hot. 8 min wait wasn't so bad.
