My family and I are in Irving on business. Wanted something different from normal fast food. Tried Cowboy Chicken and we were very impressed. The Mexican street corn was on point. Chicken enchiladas were really good too. Enjoyed everything we sampled. Will definitely return next time we are in town.
EPIC FAIL! BAD BAD BAD STAY AWAY!!! Delivery was 55 minutes late. Had to call store. Ordered a whole chicken, it was tiny old cold and dried out. All items in bag were swimming in grease, how does that happen with a cold dried out chicken? I've seen pigeons bigger than this chicken. $11.00 for a bird worth about $1.50. Rolls were smashed and mashed potatoes and cobbler were packed on their sides. A total waste of $50.00. Foodwise, this order was worth maybe $10.00. TOTAL RIP OFF. BEWARE
Terrible service. Left 5 minutes ago. Waited over 20 minutes for a chicken that was already there sitting waiting. Super slow staff. Person at the register didn't even speak English I had to repeat myself like 8 times. I won't be back. Chicken was overcooked and it was literally sitting waiting to go in the bag the entire time. Also rude staff when I complained about the wait. Oh well. Terrible chicken and even worse service. Take notes from another cowboy chicken.
This is a nice place to eat,the servings come large,they have the best sweet tea,free refills when you dine in
