I ordered a sandwich from a JJ store about 3 blocks from my house. It took nearly 1 hour for them to deliver the sandwich. With no apology. I called once they said it was on the way I called a second time to cancel the order and they wouldn’t answer. I told the delivery driver to take it back because I was disputing it on my credit card and he said that’s fine and walked away. If they can’t provide the service they shouldn’t take the order. They’re literally supposed to be known for doing one thing. Making sandwiches and freaky fast delivery.
No more 'Freaky Fast' delivery! I dig the food, but not the wait. There is nothing fast about 45 minutes for a delivery only 2 miles away. It's also hard to believe they close at 7pm on Saturdays. None of the other locations close before 10pm. Dissappointing,but Good Food.
Delivery is very manic. Sometimes they are 30mins, but I've often seen it take literally hours. Expect over an hour.nnUpdate: They seem to be doing much better about this now. Raised stars.
Always great delivery times. My last delivery guy didn't have a mask on at all. Hence the 3 stars.
GOOD customer service! I had some trouble with wait time on a pick up order but the lady with the pretty eyeshadow took great care of me and made it right with no questions asked.
