I visited this gym today on the recommendation of a good friend/ Hulk. He is an accomplished power ud83cudfcbufe0f♂ufe0f lifter. This gym offers personalized training for every level. The facility was clean and not crowded like most gyms. They have any and everything you need to achieve your workout goals. The staff is friendly and very professional. I found my new gym.
You're not going to find a better equipped, encouraging, fun atmosphere than Iron Den. The gym isn't crowded, has fully equipped bathrooms and showers, best equipment around and fantastic trainers!
Hands down THE best personal training gym around. The personal attention you receive is second to none. The trainers are highly trained, highly motivated and are there for you and your goals. I have been working out with their trainer Susan and the personal touch and guidance is outstanding. Each session is tailor-made to help me reach my goals. I feel so much better and look great too! Invest in yourself and go and see the team at Iron Den.
