Mike came in, was respectful and friendly, accessed the situation and provided a few quote options. I chose the level of service I wanted. He called for an additional tech to complete fishing a line from the basement breaker box to an upstairs finished bedroom. He completed the work, leaving the areas worked on in clean and neat condition even capping the holes needed to fish the wires. He was professional, personable and efficient. All around great experience!

Mike was able to coordinate with our tenant and worked around their schedule. He repaired the fluorescent lighting inside of the laundry room, garage and kitchen. He also wrote up a thorough report on some items that should be addressed, but said they could be taken care of at a later date. Being out of town, I really appreciate Hancock Electric Company working directly with our tenant, and not trying to push additional work. I highly recommend Hancock Electric Company to anyone.

Hired Hancock Electric Company to wire a new addition and reshape an existing area of our house. It was my first experience needing to hire an electrician and I know I'll be contacting these guys again for future needs. Communication was awesome and responsive, pricing was very reasonable and they worked perfectly. As a new homeowner, I feel a little more peaceful knowing I've found my go-to electrician. I highly recommend Hancock Electric Company!! 5 stars all the way!!!!

The gentleman that came and repaired our outage was fantastic. After giving him a quick rundown of what occurred, he quickly gave me an estimate and went to work. What I really thought was the icing on the cake was he pulled me into his work and helped me understand what caused the outage and how I can prevent it, and found something that our fixer upper shouldn’t have. He was so kind and patient. I would definitely recommend this company, they will be saved for future repairs in my phone forever! Thanks Hancock Electric Company!

I was extremely satisfied with the service rendered by Mike from Hancock Electric Company. He conducted himself very professionally. He walked through all the expectations for service and pricing in a clear way. Hancock Electric Company seems to offer a wonderful training program for their technicians and it pays off with the level of professionalism. Their systems and processes seem efficient as well. Mike outlined the pricing, and there were no surprises after the services were completed- pricing matched up exactly. I am impressed with the quality of work and the efficiency of service. I highly recommend!
