Norberto Rodriguez is absolutely the most knowledgeable, helpful, and energetic technician I have EVER had!!!!! He stayed as long as we needed him to explain everything and got the price down below a previous quote. Norberto is so enthusiastic and you can tell he loves his job. What a refreshing pleasure to have someone take time to make sure we were taken care of. The technicians that came out to install were on time, worked hard (didn't even take a lunch break), got everything done in a timely manner, and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. What a GREAT company with GREAT employees. This has been an awesome experience and I would absolutely recommend them. Thank you Norberto!!!!

Sam and Jamal were both professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Sam was thorough when checking my unit to make sure it was running properly. While chatting, I had never thought to professionally clean out my dryer vent and I am glad Jamal educated me on the importance of doing so. Sam educated me on the Green Air Filter of which Jamal had personal experience with the product. These men were not pushy and were truly helpful while I was making my decision to purchase, which I had not intended to do today. They are experts in their profession!

Sam A and Jamal came to my house and serviced my A/C unit on 11-24-2020. I personally requested hi to do my maintenance because he's been doing an excellent job on my system on precious visits. He also installed the Green Air UV Light as we previously discussed when he did the Spring maintenance.. He completed his job efficiently and professionally. I certainly would want Sam A to continue doing my service. A#1 Air staff also were kind enough to keep me informed on Sam's and Jamal's schedule of arrival. Although I work from home full time, I certainly appreciates these calls.

**Update for second time**nSo pleased with this company! I had been without hot water for a week due to an issue with a previous install of a new hot water heater in June that was unresolved by AHS. I decided to replace independently and called A#1 Air around 6:40pm on Friday night. It's 11:22pm Saturday and I have a new hot water heater, completely up to code! James and Bryce, along with the electrician that all came out today to make sure we had hot water, you are a blessing.nI will definitely be a return customer, again and again.n** First time**nGot a call back right away and a great deal on a new air conditioning unit. The service techs were super professional and helpful.nReally glad I called. Excited for the summer with my new AC ☺ufe0f

My service technician Samuel Andrei was AWESOME, he ensured we have everything needed to keep our new system running like new!nHappy employees' show up in their work!
