First of all, my kids love this place and throughly enjoyed it every time.nnAs a parent I have following concerns-nnI believe this place is understaffed. There is no one checking safety concerns , rules or regulations. Although it is responsibility of parent but some one should regulate. Biggest problem is check-in process. If I have checked in online then I should not have waited for 30 minutes to get wrist band.nnIn general it was over crowded and kids were bumping into each other’s.nnNo one is checking wristband about the overtime. Also there is no one to check whether you bought basic or full ticket.nnIt seems staff is very slow or need training. I have to be with my kids all the time to ensure that they do not get hurt even if there are in kids area where bigger kids can also sneak into.nnOver all good place needs management’s attention to fix these issues.

I went here about a little less than a month ago. I paid the highest package per kid. I brought in 6 kids. Which means I’m paying extra for them to use all activities. We get in and there is no staff on the floors which means everyone who paid the basic package was using every obstacle course and didn’t have to pay extra. Once again I brought in 6 kids, it adds up. It was dirty and hot. This location is small and does not have all the activities the other urban air locations do. The ninja warrior obstacle course is dangerous. The other locations have a ball pit this has hard floor and some sponge pillows. My kids were not able to use it properly. There was about two employees there totalnAnd about 50 people in the arena.nDo not go to this location. It’s the worst and not worth the money as other locations. They charge the same amount as a full size urban air will and then won’t even check for the ones who paid ones who didn’t.

I really enjoyed my time in this place.nWould be nice to have a soda&water machine dispenser that would help a lot.

This.place is great for kids. Took my 2.5 year old grandson and he had a ball. I jumped as well and we both had a great time. We'll be back. And when my other grand kids come to visit I'm taking them as well.

About two employees total..and we payedalot on the food/ candy and sodas to then have to throw them all away . One of the two employees carried a disinfectant spray into the play stuctureand sprayed my kids running through tunnel then presides to spray the seats across from me on the bench right infront ofall the food and drinks i bought. This place is dirty and unorganized -3 kidsgot hurt during my visit and there are no employees walking the floor to make sure kids are playing on structures properly. I will never be back.ew
