Ray came to fix our toilets and showers that were installed at the time of building the house, but had not been completely done correctly! He was friendly and professional and wow!...knew his work!!nnI am really impressed by this company and their employees. Thankful that Ray came. You know when you move to a new place you never know who to call or who to get referrals from, but thankfully we lucked out. They are our go-to company now!

Jose arrived on time, it was hectic with 2 other vendors in the house. But he took the time to explain that the part would need to be ordered and then someone from the office would call me to schedule the installation. He was polite and quick. Thanks for the great service!

L&S Mechanical always sends out technicians that always go above and beyond! Each time I have ever had to call them out they always take the time to educate me on why the problem occurred and what to do to keep it from happening again. Most recently Jeff and Ray were the technicians willing to educate me on several different issues! Thanks guys for your above and beyond service!

Mr. Ray has visited our home several times within the past year. He is accurate, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I ask for him particularly when scheduling. He gives me little hints to keep things going good, and explains in detail how he fixed the problem. Never any doubts about corners being cut. I appreciate him!!!
