I expected to drudge through Shabbat, for it to be productive. The music carried me away and I came out feeling good and lively and with a positive life message.

Bet Alef is the community I call home. Warm, welcoming, wonderful people who celebrate Shabbat and holidays together. Our inspiring Rabbi brings engaging topics that connect us to Jewish history and current day issues. A place for comfortable, relaxed spiritual growth or just for deeper contemplation. Come visit the mysticism, meditation and oneness of being that is Bet Alef Meditative Synagogue.

Our family has found Bet Alef to be a place of spiritual connection, learning and support. Be it watching our son becoming a Bar Mitzvahnor celebrating High Holy Days as a family, Rabbi Olivier and the entire community has been amazing in every way. We are so grateful to have found safe harbor in the teachings and heart of Bet Alef.

I was wandering in the desert for literally forty years before finding Bet Alef. I'm so glad I did! From the moment I walked into a High Holiday service six years ago, I've felt welcomed with open arms. What a warm, inviting, unintimidating, spiritually wonderful experience. And then there's Rabbi Olivier! What an amazingly talented teacher and guide he is!
