I LOVE this place. Awesome pizza, wings, bread, and service. Their pickup service is on par and will quickly get your order ready for you. The only thing I wish they would change though, I wished they weren't so stingy with their wrong sauce!! Come on guys, that stuff is delicious and the wings barely have enough. It's almost as if you guys don't want to give us some ud83dude44! Seriously though, please add more sauce to the wings. Thank you!
The over all service is poor. I do not know who manager is but the shouldnteach their employees the meaning of customer service. I was working late in my office and decided to take a break and grab something to eat. I ordered food from pizza hut and my wait time was 10-15 minutes. I waited about 12 minutes before leaving to get my food. Pizza Hut is in walking distance. I can see Pizza Hut from the drive way. Make along story short my food was not ready when I arrived and I waited about 15-20 minutes more in the cold outside after being told your food will be ready in 2 minutes. Pizza hut will no longer be receiving my business by any means and will not be recommending them to and of my 700 residents.
The cashiers are amazing here especially the ladies. Please be nice to the young adults working here they are busting their butts to serve people. Be kind you never know who they may have comign behind them.
I love coming here.not anymore.nThe girl in the front didn’t have her mask on and she was drinking a soda the whole time , On her phone , touching the broom/dustpan , and the computer that everyone else touched and then handled our food which is gross in general not just because of Covid. Multiple employees not wearing masks. Paid extra for marinara and the cup was only half full.
Gave us the wrong order, they didn't seem to care on which order they gave to people. Would recommend another Pizza Hut place.
