Hired this company to take care of a traffic ticket I received. After the initial conciliation, they didn’t return my calls and made no effort communicate details of my case. I ended up paying the ticket, and they were supposed to let me know that I needed to sign a paper for the court. They didn’t let me know and my case was almost reopened because I never confirmed this information.

My experience with the Law Office of John Quinn has been excellent. I have had several children ranging in ages from 20 years old to 34, 35 & 36 right now. They have all needed the help of an Attorney from time to time and I have found John Quinn an excellent choice.With everything in life there has to be followup and as the consumer it is our responsibility to be the one that checks on the status of our business. We do hire and pay people to do services for us, BUT it is still OUR responsibility for the end point. Thanks John for all of your help over the years.
