Hired this company to take care of a traffic ticket I received. After the initial conciliation, they didn’t return my calls and made no effort communicate details of my case. I ended up paying the ticket, and they were supposed to let me know that I needed to sign a paper for the court. They didn’t let me know and my case was almost reopened because I never confirmed this information.
