Amy Banks is absolutely cut throat! She is a shark! I am an addict/ alcoholic in sobriety I have 3 years tomorrow. When I started I had absolutely nothing. I could only see my daughter when my parents said I could. It has been a long battle! Amy has fought for me and my daughter the entire time! Today I am Sole managing conservator. My parents get her 1st and 3rd weekend of every month. None of this would have happened if I hired any other attorney. I am so grateful for her and her secretary Mary Benad. They have answered every single one of my phone calls and emails with patience, love, care and concern. All of my questions. Amy is an amazing remarkable woman who I am proud today to not only call my attorney but my friend.
