Asked for my natural brown hair color. Got BLACK hair. Had to bleach it to get back to normal. Then, the owner made it out to be my fault even though I showed her exactly what I wanted.nnHow did I fix it? Went to Sally’s, had someone pick out a hair dye close to what I wanted, and dyed my own hair (never done it before myself). Still growing out the bleached part of my hair to this day, and this happened 2 years ago.
This salon is so professional and unique. The staff is highly professional and does amazing work. The owner is so involved and is a stylist as well who does amazing work. I would highly recommend this shop for anything you want done to your hair.
Courtney has been doing my hair for years.. she’s cut it, gone blonde, brown, red.. done updos.. all of it.. always fairly priced! I love how their Facebook page constantly has give aways for services too! I love to play.. she’s done an awesome job on my hair every time! Definitely would recommend!
Scheduled an appointment went in did not feel welcomed, the person I booked with was running behind, never apologized or even herself came and talked to me. Why have appointments if you don’t follow a schedule. Lost my business that very day, I left and was worked in at 4.0 cuts by Jessica and my hair came out amazing
