My husband stayed here for 5 months while working in Bryan,TX and I cannot make one complaint. The grounds are kept very clean, the residents were polite and the amenities such as propane and garbage pick up was very helpful. There is a fenced in area to allow your dog to run around which we used a lot when I visited. I would definitely recommend this park if you are looking for a quiet, clean and convenient park.

I have lived here for 4 years while an adult student (late 40's) at Blinn College. Residents are friendly, The park is safe and quiet, no crime issues at all. The student study lab (brown building) has 1 GIG internet and is excellent for quiet studying. (lab has 10 seats). HEB grocery store 1 minute away. Recommended.

This has to be one of the best RV parks in the country staff are excellent the shady spots they offer are second to none HEB is is less than a 1/2 mile away great taco truck directly across the street the wi-fi signal is great and is even better with the data box for only 20 extra dollars a month streamed movies day and night with no interruption if my wife had not gotten pregnant I would still be living there now great rent price great staff great lot would recommend this place everyday of the week

We had planned on heading through north Texas on our way home but found ourselves back in Bryan.nnWe were going to stay at Marino Rd RV Park but decided to give Village 21 a try only to find out it’s owned by the same Folks! It shows, although they are very different the good natured vibes are the same.nnThe place is just off the highway and in a great little treed area of town, having a grocery store across the street and just up the road was very convenient.nnThe park is well maintained and very pretty. We were only there for one night but it was a great place to recharge a bit before the big push home!
