Reception was great to work with. Kind, friendly and helpful. The service technician who was also the manager was thorough, efficient and had great client rapport. He did his job well and with a smile! We are new to the area and he was happy to share some local information.

Just had Blanco Electric install a backup generator at our home in Fredericksburg Texas. They kept us well informed through out the process, called the morning of the instalation and were on time. The guys were very professional and reviewed everything and answered all of our questions. Overall it was a great experience and we would highly recommend them to our family and friends

We have used many AC companies in Austin, but have by far received the best service from Blanco A/C, Electrical & Plumbing. In one visit they fixed an issue that 4 companies over 5 years could not figure out. Our technician, Hank, knows what he’s doing, and always fixes any issue quickly, without trying to sell us unnecessary services. He’s also a great guy, and explains everything so we know exactly what is wrong and what needs to be done. We now use them for maintaining our systems, not just repair, and everything is in top shape.

Mark came and did maintenance on our generator. When we called him during the cold spell in Texas and left him a message that our generator is acting strange, he called back to us right away. We really appreciate. All the people from Blanco A/C came and installed our generator and did maintenance on are all professional and always on time. Thank you.
