I've been going to Amber for two years now, every time I have gone to her she's been more than informative and is really good at what she does. She explains all of her steps to you through out the entire service. She even consults with you about your realistic goals before getting started. If I ever had an issue with funds she works with me. To see that someone is purposely trying to depict her as something she is not is extremely sad. Last year the San Antonio Express News voted her and her former business partner 3rd in best hair salon. They were only open 4 months at the time. Very talented stylists, Amber keep doing what you're doing and don't let haters get to you.

Absolutely love Luna Hair Studio. Amber was very professional and did an amazing job with highlighting my hair, the color turned out phenomenal. I only needed the crown touched up and appreciated she offered partials instead of being charged for a full. Plus, I got a great discount for being a first-time client. Will definitely be returning.

Amber is super funny and very personable! she helped me fix a horror that another hair salon had left me with. She gave good advise on how to bring my hair back to a healthy state as well! Cant wait to go back!!!

Amber, the owner of Luna Hair Studio, is a master at color correction and saved me from wearing a head wrap for the next two years while my hair grew out. I had decided to finally embrace my silver hair after using box dye for decades but the dyed area faded to a horrible, orange, color in middle of my hair with darker brown at the ends so it was tric color and it looked dreadful. My daughter suggested I seek a salon that uses Olaplex as it is revolutionary in maintaining healthy hair through a bleaching process. I read these Google reviews and after perusing the Luna website, which has loads of detailed information, I made an appointment with Amber for a consultation. She is a charming and enthusiastic young woman and she explained carefully what services were needed and what kind of results to expect. At my appointment, it was immediately clear that Amber is a true pro. She painstakingly lifted the color and then applied highlights and then a toner followed up by a spectacular cut. She used Olaplex treatments throughout the process and my hair feels soft and manageable and and healthy. (Olaplex is definitely a miracle in a bottle.) But best of all, my hair looks amazing! It's a beautiful, silvery, blonde color and I am thrilled. She also explained in detail how to maintain my color and keep my hair healthy. A bonus is that Amber is charming and funny with a keen mind so I had a blast chatting with her through my lengthy appointment. I couldn't ask for a more perfect experience or result.
