We had lots of fun walking around through nature. Was a terrific way to spend time as a family on Easter. It was peaceful and very clean like always. There was someone from the City of Palestine driving around which was nice since there were a lot of people there that day. Going back soon to maybe have a picnic or something.
We drove over 3 hours to visit the park and it was phenomenal!! The Fairy Garden Trails with all the different setting designs were very artistic. And the trail is only 1.5 miles long. All the participants put alot of effort in making these sets beautiful. The restrooms are very clean also. We also drove thru the park to see more of the scenic view. Definitely a hidden gem in Texas to visit!!
Man, Palestine is rocking out on their parks. This place is huge, well kept, and lots of fun. Great family place, check it out.
Beautiful, great hiking trails with lots of elevation changes. The Dogwood trees are starting to bloom and look great.
Beautiful..thank you Palestine...the trails were awesome and the fairy gardens were such fun!! The restrooms were extremely clean!!
