I can't EVER get anyone to answer the phone! You would think the City of Palestine would want to know when there was an issue regarding the lights at the Reagan Park tennis courts, so they could address it, right? Apparently not! I guess maintaining the safety and usability of the city parks is not a priority for the CITY PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT!!
