He always said he was going do things for my case nothing was filed he was supposed to file for custody first but he didn't do it she ended up filing then every time we would set up a phone conference or have a time that we're supposed to talk there was always more important stuff going on finally had to go pay more money to new lawyer and he didn't show up to one of my court earrings
