I went in earlier today when I had a hour and a half to spare and would come to find out that I would have to wait a full hour to get a haircut. I needed one so I waited a full hour and picked a stylist who I was recommended by a friend who could do a gentleman's hairstyle. That of a slick side part, lengthy on the top with some length on the top of the sides so you could pull back the hair when styling. I showed the stylist two photos that showed side parts with length both on the top and sides of the head. Guess what happened, she cuts the sides way too short and asks for help from a employee who tells her what she did and that there isn't anything that they can do other than recommend that I use hair gel because my sides are sticking up from how short they are. So I didn't get the haircut I wanted, had to buy hair gel, and was late for my previous engagement due to the wait and the haircut. I would not recommend this place because this is the second time that this has happened and I can't take it anymore. I payed good money for a service that I did not request plus extra for one of their products to look half decent as the stylist didn't even get my side part right. When you buy Pepperoni Pizza you expect Pepperoni Pizza not Vegeterian Pizza with some pepperoni to buy so you can add it to the mix.
slow for haircuts, probably needs 1 more stylist on Friday afternoon. the stylist that did mine had my previous cuts listed and she got right to the job. I've had several compliments on the way it looks. Will continue to get my haircuts here.
Have had bad experiences in the past, but most recent was good. Kelley there is great.
