Would put 0 stars if an option. This place is not following Covid guidelines at all (even though they assured us that they did). I decided not to participate since I have a health condition and have to be careful. When I called later to discuss a refund with owner, he was extremely rude and refused to give us our money back. I do not recommend this place.

NOT SAFE! If you care about your health during this pandemic, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! My boyfriend and I purchased these tickets for this tour believing they’d be following all COVID guidelines; however, they do NOT. They cram 10 people in to a tiny shuttle (way less than 6 feet apart from each other). I have an autoimmune disease, so when we got there we realized I couldn’t attend this as it would put my health at risk. I spoke with the driver, and he told me to call about a refund under the situation. He was very polite and provided me the phone number. I called the manager, David in shipping, (who refused to provide me with his last name) and requested a full refund since we were not able to attend the tour due to my health. He was extremely rude. He said he didn’t care about COVID’s guidelines, because you’d be crammed in the van for less than 15 minutes. He refused to refund us. He obviously cares more about money than people’s health. Anyways, if you’re trying to be safe, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

My mother, sisters and I had such an amazing time. Ron, our trail guide, was great! We loved each of the 3 wineries but also loved learning more about Sevierville, as none of us have been there before. All of the employees we encountered were outstanding. We felt so welcome. We will DEFINITELY return and let everyone we know to visit!

Had an amazing time. All these 1 star reviews are hilarious. If you are so afraid of COVID stay home. They did awesome, people wore masks and the staff at all of the locations were very nice and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Visited Mountain Valley Winery and it was such an amazing experience. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Don’t know where these zero star reviews are coming from. We wore a mask and there was a plastic shield between the bartender and customers. Not sure what else people expect. If you’re scared of covid stay home. I’ll stay and promote our small businesses.
