The store is huge and amazing. Didn't have time to look through the while store. The store was really busy and the staff were trying hard to keep the wait times to minimum. Had to wait a little bit to get help but didn't mind the wait. The staff was very nice and apologetic about the wait. They were very helpful in helping me get a great set of kitchen knives. Will definitely go back when I have more time to check out the whole storenUpdate. Finally got to come back. Spent another 3 hours looking around at everything. The place is massive and have many neat and interesting items. Worth the trip to come back

I thoroughly enjoy shopping here. I have always found what I was looking for; whether it was for hunting, equipment for training, equipment for personal use, or gifts for someone who is hard to shop for. Every vendor I have encountered has been kind and helpful and will order items if not in stock. The store employees are pleasant and willing to assist as much as they can. When friends or family members are visiting, I always bring them here. They are sure to find what they need or find something they didn’t know they were missing. I highly recommend visiting and shopping at Smoky Mountain Knife Works if you’re in the Sevierville, TN area.

Family fave!! We always stop by on the way into town. It’s a great place for that “held it all the way” bathroom break and to shop. I’m giving it a 3 instead of 5 because it use to sell fudge and we spent HUNDREDS there. It was our fave. Now we head to 3 bears. If they still had the fudge desk, this would still be a 5. If you just come for guns, knives, novelty items, and ancient relics...... it’s still a 5 lol

First time visiting. The amount of variety was amazing.nNot only picked up new knives for my Son's knives collection but ammo for the 9mm.nGood customer service. Could have used a little help at the registers as 2 people didn't seem to be sufficient for the amount of customers trying to check out, but they did a job trying to keep up.
