My fiancée and I dropped in yesterday and had a great experience! The communication with Debbie beforehand was very fast and clear. As soon as we got there we were quickly greeted by Gabe who was very friendly and charismatic. The facility was HUGE and had tons of equipment that was very clean and well organized. We both felt right at home very quickly and felt welcomed by the other athletes. Gabe was a great coach and I would drop in again without question.

Top notch! My fiancé and I dropped in while passing through town. Coach Gabe was professional, friendly and coached us through a tough workout. As seasoned CrossFitters, we were both impressed with his eagerness to coach positions and encourage us through both the lift and WOD!nnFacility is massive, clean and members were friendly!! One of the best drop in experiences to date! Thanks for the workout RTCF!

I've heard the classes are the best in knoxville but I personally haven't started them yet. But I've been doing personal training with Gabe for a few months. He is amaze balls and forms a personal connection with every client ive spoken too. We love Gabe. He makes things a lot more human and a lot less programed and robotic.

Great atmosphere! Love it here!

Good drop in rate, incredible amount of equipment in a spacious facility. Plenty of open gym time and wonderful owners. Coaches and fellow customers were friendly too. Will be back when I'm in the area again.
