I feel so lucky to have access to this yoga studio and it's instructors. The studio is located in a little log cabin and I promise you'll find yourself relaxing as you stand in warrior II gazing beyond your hand and into the mountains. THE MOUNTAINS! Bonus if it's raining, you'll never want to leave. Being that it's small, you'll never wind up in a huge, impersonal class either. It's always down-to-earth-people with just the right amount of attention from the instructor. If you're in or near Townsend and are looking for a yoga class, whether it's for a drop-in class or as a regular, you should really check out LRY.
Best yoga instructor in the state of tennessee
Love this yoga studio. Has everything one needs for a great class. All the instructors are very good and beautiful setting. Highly recommend.
Awesome classes and great atmosphere! With My limited ability too move with 7 surgeries, I can take the classes and get and feel great afterwards.
The studio is so cool. I love being able to take classes and also teach.
