I booked a private 60-minute yoga session for my mother, grandmother and I during our weekend trip to Sevierville and Heather was fabulous! Great communicator, prompt replies, and very kind. It was my mother and grandmother’s first time doing yoga and my mother has some physical limitations. Heather took time to tailor the session to meet all of our needs and made the experience as enjoyable, pleasant, and relaxing as possible. Would highly recommend!
Heather is wonderful! I worked with her to plan a class for a bachelorette party I was hosting. She is kind, great at communication, and really explained the purpose behind each of the poses and moves. She even traveled out to our cabin to do the yoga class to make it even more special! She planned the class around our beginner level and everyone had a great time! I would highly recommend her to anyone visiting the area! Thank you Heather!
