Country Cascades Waterpark Resort

We still have 2 more days here but would highly recommend. Very friendly and helpful staff.. Rooms are just excellent in size and cleanliness....3 pools, 2 large slides, splash bay for small children. They provide pool towels and safety vest for small children while in the pool. Breakfast Buffet one of the best I have had down here.... Will definitely be back

My family and I can't say enough about this Resort. Very clean, friendly staff, awesome pools and watersides. The breakfast was very good with a variety of items to choose from.nnI left my glasses behind and called to ask if someone had found them. I spoke with Shawnda and she went above and beyond to make sure these were in fact my glasses and to get them shipped out to me. The Customer service she gave was the best I have ever received from a Hotel. We will definitely be visiting Country Cascades again!

Great family focused hotel! Staff were super friendly! Pools and water slides were just enough to add extra fun to time in the Smokies! I have to say though that George was the highlight of the trip and was one of the most welcoming hotel staff I have ever met. George took what would be a 4 star review to a Five Star!

For the price and free breakfast this place is a good deal. Kids enjoyed the slides and pool. Young guy in the breakfast area was very nice, kept the tables clean and was speaking to guests. He needs a raise!

We recently stayed here for a family getaway. There are signs that say due to COVID they are doing little contact with the cleaning staff. If little means no cleaning they are spot on. The sheets had stains, the towels had stains and the comforters had stains. The people before us must have had silly string because it was stuck to the wall. The staff are friendly and nice. They will give you all the towels you want, not so good if they have spots on them. The shower curtain had mold at the bottom. The kids loved the water park, but the cleanliness was awful. Won't return unfortunately.
