2.5 hour wait for the chair lift to visit the mountain or a 30-45 min wait for the truck ride up. Only about 30 minutes of activities included in admission price. We went to the top of the tower, my kids played in the rope houses for a few minutes, and the tree bridge were packed and only half were open. After that there's nothing to do. The mountain coaster wasn't working. Another hour wait to get back down the mountain. And if it's hot there are no shady spots to sit. I overheard multiple families talking about this.nnThe only saving grace was the zip lines. My husband was able to purchase tickets while we were there for later in the day. He said the staff was fantastic and my kids had a blast. The zip line staff is the only reason I'm giving the entire place 2 stars instead of 1. I'd give the zip line staff 5 stars if I could rate them separately.

What a sweet place and lots of photos opportunities here. You feel like a kid too along the sky bridges and trees houses. The fountains, metal art work and grounds are beautiful. The shops and restaurants are cute too with such amazing views. I love the ski lift too. The restaurant was good but the service was off; food wasn’t done exactly as ordered but the server tried to make it right.

We were excited to give this place a try, but we were kinda left with a meh feeling at the end. It's new and visually appealing for sure. The views are great. My son had a good time in the chair lift up/gondola down. There's a couple of small playgrounds for the kids, but my boy got tired if them pretty quickly. He liked the gem mining, but I thought 28 bucks was steep for a bag of dirt. The tree canopy is long but at this time of year (Nov) there's nothing to really see. The tower is cool and not a hard climb. We had lunch at Clifftop. The fried green tomatoes were great, but the burger was mediocre and the kitchen was slow. We couldn't do the roller coaster or the zip line stuff because of my son's age. That might have changed my opinion some, but probably not. I don't really see any reason why we'd go back.

Cody, Jeremy, and Anthony were our guides for our first dual zip line experience. They were absolutely phenomenal, and made us feel welcome and safe. I certainly hope that Cody holds a good position with Anakeesta, because he was the one that made the experience exceptional. They made our adventure fun and enjoyable the entire time. Their attention to detail and safety made us feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this experience for you and your family.

A wonderful family experience at this place. Once up, you have things to do for the entire day. From live music to a scenic views, to zip lining. You have it all. The cable car gives you an amazing view of the city during the day and night. The place looks lovely at the night time as well. The coffee place there has a mind blowing oatmeal raisin cookie, which goes well with the Hot Chocolate. Would definitely visit the place next time
