My wife and I received our second dose of vaccine this morning. I have to say the nurses and Guardsmen were so well organized. We were very pleased that there was sufficient staffing. I feel like the Guardsmen helping to organize traffic really gave the nurses the ability to focus on giving the vaccine. Being able to fit two cars in each tent, giving the ability to vaccinate up to 8 people at once was a great move on your part. Thank you very much for making this so smooth.

I just have to say called for help - question ..... I really think they need some customer service classes. Short and rude. Is it not your job to help to answer question offer assistance especially with things concerning Covid. I know your overwhelmed but so are we... Remember that when you talk to someone.

Grateful for the services they offer. For those who complain about the fact it takes several days to get results back for the FREE Covid-19 test; have look online and see that most places charge $149+ for Covid-19 testing. I’ve been going to the health department since I was a child and I have been happy with my care. Any place you go, you’re going to have to wait and have realistic expectations of how many employees there are and how many patients there are. There are usually more of us than them.

I went to get my Covid shot, what a joke. My appt time was for 1:15 pm I arrived at 1pm and was guided into a cue of cars where I proceeded to sit for nearly two hours. I probably won't be upset but I left work assuming that this would take no more then a half hour. I made this assumption based on the appt time on my card said my appt was scheduled from 1:15 to 1:30. I think if it's going to take two plus hours that they should say this so those of us that work can plan accordingly.

Unfortunately my 83 year old mother has slipped through the cracks trying to get her COVID-19 vaccine. Her information was given to the Covid hotline number and she was told someone would be in contact with her to make an appointment and that has not happened! In the meantime my 67 year old husband called the same day and was given a date and time for his vaccine. I do not understand why she was not given a date and time like my husband. I have called the hotline number and the Sevierville Health Department with no luck. I am beyond frustrated when much younger people are getting their vaccines before my 83 year old mother!
