SEVIERVILLE branch are thieves. Money I deposited for payments were never credited to my account that resulted in illegal repossession and also from my savings account that they claim were fees...... thievesnnLess than 1 star actually
Been to this location several times and everything went great, but not yesterday. I had regular business to take care of, but I also had a few questions I wanted answered. The branch manager, Dieonne is her first name, asked what I needed. She said they didn’t take care of what I was asking about & needed to call company on paperwork. After several short irritating statements were made, she finally came up with phone number. She presented herself to me as unconcerned, too busy & too “important “ to help a customer that banks with them on a regular basis.
They have been amazing!!! I will never bank with anyone else. This credit union has went out of their way to take care of me during this pandemic!
I have bank here since 2005. I love my bank. They have always given me great banking experiences. They treat you like family. Sevierville Tva branch is AWESOME!!!
I can’t wait to switch. My card got used in another state and in another country and they didn’t even flag it and now ebay took down a listing as fraudulent and tva decided this isn’t a disputable charge. Ebay says to dispute it but I’m not allowed to do that so I’m out that money. 2 agents told me a new card would be mailed out the first time and never happened. I haven’t had any positive experience with this place
