I can not express how very helpful Mr. King has been regarding a piece of property I own. Mr. King went above and beyond to help me get the answers to my questions. I have a piece of property that can not be sold as buildable due to fill dirt from the 1970’s and a county drainage pipe. I had called several different county offices with my questions but was given the run around. My question for Mr King was does fill dirt ever become dirt that will become buildable ever? I was being assessed as though the property was buildable. This was not the fault of Mr King as he was unaware nor the previous assessors but the past assessors were not willing to investigate the matter to get the answer to properly assess this property. Mr. King took my call and called me back. He also went to environmental and asked the questions that needed to be answered. Upon gathering the answers Mr King provided the answer even though it was not the answer I particularly wanted. The answer was exactly what I expected. Now Mr. King has all the information to properly assess the property accurately and correctly.nnMr. King could have done like many before him but instead of giving me the run a round but instead he went the extra mile.nnHe did everything he said he would and every county office needs this type of individual.nnRegina Carter
