The best experience I have ever had. I had to bring the kids with me because school was closed. The staff offered them coloring pages and crayons. They even offered for them to stay in the reception area while I got my taxes done so I could do them without being distracted. You and your team are phenomenal. I am very sad to see the reviews that were posted 2 days ago. I don't believe these people have ever been to KTD. I have been going there for several years with my handicap child and the staff have always accommodated him and took special care to explain everything on his tax return to him and I so he could understand. He also needed a copy of his past years tax return and they had no problem printing it and giving it to him on the spot. They are very professional and have never been rude either on the phone or in person.
This is my 3rd year coming to KTD. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. As soon as you walk in you are treated like family. I can't recommend this place enough. Tammy and Wendy are amazing at what they do.
I was missing a tax document, and they took the time to call and get it for me so I could finish my tax return and not have to make the trip back. Excellent customer service. Thank you so much
