This place is so awesome and so busy. I do not mind them being busy that let's me know that they have great prices and more of the things I am going after. I had 2 buggy full and they helped me wheel them out, they wanted to help me load my groceries into my car but I realized that I could do it and mabey someone else need their assistance. They are always so friendly and smiling. Even when the store is hectic. Like when we are expecting snow and ice it gets so busy here even though they have been very very busy all day and have put up with rude and annoying customers, I have always seen a smile on all their faces. Which in turn helps when having to wait on those that are being difficult. I so love this place.

Don't eat lunch here. Lady was coughing took 15 min to get my food. Got a hamburger bun instead of a biscuit. Dropped the twongs and produced to just step on them. If you care about your health Don't eat at the deli.

The process for curbside pick up needs serious work. Do not go early if they tell you it's ready ahead of time. They cannot capably answer the phones and the automated systems can't handle early check-in. There's no option in the IVR to route to someone to help.

1 question...since when is it good business practice to close the doors 15 minutes early, and then have an employee be extremely rude when saying the store is closed? Kroger, you have signs saying you are open until 11pm, yet at 10:45pm the doors were turned off and the employee at SCO rudely told my husband the store was closed, so leave! She then turned to the person she was talking to and started laughing about it. Totally unprofessional, if I tried to act that way where I work, I would be fired on the spot!!! Also, if a store says open until 11pm, that should mean the doors are open until 11pm, NOT 10:45pm!!!
