Columbia is becoming quite a trendy place in the recent years. Downtown has lots of nice stores, restaurants and even its own vinyl record shop and Muletown coffee house! Once you are down enjoying coffee downtown walk or drive over to the Riverwalk Park. Beautiful promenade along the Duck river. Great place to enjoy family, pray, meditate and clear your mind.
This is a good place to stop on a motorcycle trip. The dam is interesting under any conditions and there is a large park close by to stretch your legs. Public restroom available at the park 1/4 mile south.
What a peaceful place to stop for an impromptu picnic. The water was high, the geese were swimming.
Perfect. This one word is enough to describe this place.
