We had Ibarra Design Co scrape all popcorn ceilings off and paint all the ceilings in our whole downstairs. They also painted walls and all trim. We are very happy with the work and would highly recommend. I believe it took 4-5 days. Great communication also! We have had so many compliments. Thanks again Ibarra Design Co
Jennifer and her crew did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel. We had been gathering quotes for nearly 6months and Jennifer felt like the right person for us from the time we first met her. I unfortunately can’t share my experiences for services because we never made it to that step. Ibarra was recommended by many people on a local page and we had gotten a quote many months ago to remodel our kitchen. After that quote we had a lot of roof damage so had to put the kitchen on hold. I reached back out 2 months ago to pick up where we left off and this time around it has been impossible to communicate. When we finally set up a time to give me a new quote due to increasing cost of supplies (understandable), a crew came out to measure our counters. I heard nothing back so I reached out to the owner a couple of days later and we set up yet another time to come out to give me ANOTHER quote on backsplash and flooring(mind you I never got the quote for counters). I rushed home from work to be on time for our appointment and without any notice, the owner or her team were a no show. I totally understand things coming up and plans changing but not communicating at all is just poor bedside manner. I have heard Ibarra does great work but after a couple of months of back and forth and just trying to get a quote and being stood up multiple times, we decided to go with a different company for our kitchen remodel. I’m sure business is busy but to no show and not even communicate so is just not good business practice.
Jennifer and her team remodeled our kitchen. We were out of town for the remodel and it was seamless. Jennifer was on top of the process to the very last detail and didn’t ghost me at the end like so many contractors do. I love my new space!!
We had a wonderful experience working with Jennifer and her crew. She was great communicating when to expect the crew and met all established deadlines. The finished product is even better than I could have imagined! I highly recommend her!
