Absolutely fantastic honest service. The service manager Rodney is one of the most knowledgeable understanding and professional service representatives I have ever worked with. He along with Mark and beecha made me comfortable knowing that they have some of the best mechanics around. They are on top of their game. I can't thank all of you enough for your hard work, patience, and willingness to find the best resolve for my truck. Even if you don't have a Dodge Jeep Ram or Chrysler I would without a doubt recommend coming here for any automobile service. I put a deposit down for a truck so that they could hold the truck for me to come and see it. This deposit was to show I was interested and for them to take it off the lot. I call to let them know that I could be there to come and see it, and they mention it was sold. Why did they ask for a deposit if there intent was never to hold it. That tells lot about the character of the manager and dealership. Now I am waiting to get a refund. We will see how long that takes. Buyers, be careful in what they say and watch those managers. #dishonest

I only had one bad experience with this dealership. I had a sunroof that was leaking. I could see that the seal was worn and I asked for an estimate when I brought it in for service. Gerald charged me $100 to tell me that I needed a new seal (No duh, that’s what I said when I brought it in!). He didn’t tell me about the charge before hand. He did say that the $100 would be deducted from the cost of the repair. I spoke to the manager, but that didn’t help at all. I paid the $100 and took it somewhere else. I felt swindled! Since I had bought a contract for the oil change, I had to take it back one more time. Luckily this time my service rep was Marc.nnMarc is awesome. When they did the oil change they found another problem. He took the time to explain in detail what needed to be done. Since it was due for a tuneup and they had to take it apart for the repair, he said they would do the tune up and not have to charge labor fees. In addition, I wouldn’t have to bring it back which would also save me time. Since that time , he has helped me prioritize my repairs to fit my budget. He always keeps me well informed about the status of my repairs. He even gave me a few pointers when I was looking for a new vehicle. He was more knowledgeable than most of the sales reps.
