We had been in a few times just waiting for the right vehicle. Each time everyone was very nice. There was never any pressure to get anything and the experience was always very relaxed. You can look at what you want at your own pace and don’t seem rushed into something. We did end up picking a nice Town & Country and when we ended up doing all the paperwork everything was straight forward no surprises. They even lowered the payment a little more without me even asking. It’s only day 2 but so far it was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car and would definitely recommend them.
I would go to these guys again, totally. Super pleasant, not high pressure, and boy did they work with me on this car! Dominic was so helpful and cool, and Zach the financing guy bent over backwards for me. Was going through a difficult time and they really made me feel important and valued. Please go to them, you won’t be disappointed and I’ll buy from them again.

My husband and I bought a car in March, it was our first experience with Bostelman and Bypass Auto, but it was the simplest car buying experience we have ever had. Bostelman Automotive has several lots in the area and a great selection of vehicles that we were able to preview online, which led us to find the perfect car at Bypass Auto. Car buying for me has always been stressful and adding a pushy salesman to the pressure of such a large purchase is never fun. However, I felt completely at home when we got to their car lot. We highly recommend asking for Stephen Garland. He made us feel welcome, listened to what we were looking for and ultimately made us feel comfortable - like we'd known him forever. We love our car and recommend friends, family and anyone else looking for a car to go see Stephen and the Bypass Auto guys. We will definitely return there to buy another vehicle!
