My mother in law had got a car here. After about 7 weeks the motor blew up. She called and told them what happened and where the car was. She has told them at least 8 times I know of where she lived and they need to come get it because shes on a fixed income and can not pay for a new motor which they wanted her to do. Now 2 years later, the car is still sitting in her driveway and she gets a subpoena because they said she hid the car. This is an elderly woman who has told them MULTIPLE times where the car is. Do not do business with these crocks! Kittrells or Fritts are the only places I recommend

They have been very understanding and only good to me just receiving a car from them. A few issues I called them that day and they're fixing it wonderfully and I really appreciate them.

Buyer Beware!!! They don't care about their customers! The mechanic work is shoddy at best. They were tasked with putting another engine in my vehicle. The engine bought for it by the lot was a recall. It should never have been put in it. They never warned the lot it had a recall sticker and put it in out of pure greed. They also failed to hook everything back up. NOT happy at ALL!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS CAR LOT ! They are deceiving & very unprofessional. They have several RECALLED CARS on their lot & they don’t have any licensed mechanics. They are rude & don’t care about their customers. My friend almost lost her life in a car she leased from here. STAY AWAY !!! the total price for the cars are TOO HIGH & your car payments are as well . there are plenty other car lots in Columbia that give you good cars with good prices . BEWARE OF THIS LOT they are scam artists & will rip you off for your money !!! they took over in September & are no better than the owners before. They buy their cars from auctions & put them straight on the lot ! STAY AWAY for your own good !!!
